How Our Journey Began

After years of research, Vinay Kolluru, the founder of BlueJay Capital Group, discovered the nearly perfect investment vehicle - multifamily syndications. These investments allowed him to scale his investment porfolio in a safe and streamlined fashion. He was able to earn 15-20% IRR and pay little to no taxes on his gains. And he was able to do this all while doing very little work.

Ever since discovering these syndications back in 2018, Vinay thoroughly researched multifamily syndications. He has since invested heavily into carefully selected deals that exhibit the low risk and high return combination that he hasn’t found anywhere else.

Vinay founded BlueJay Capital Group in 2020 in order to spread the word far and wide about the wonders of multifamily syndications. He wanted other investors to see the same light he saw.

Vinay Kolluru

Founder/Principal

Vinay founded BlueJay Capital Group with the vision of delivering low risk high yield investments to the market.

He has invested in 1900+ units across the Southeastern U.S. Vinay also owns and operates a portfolio of single family homes.

Vinay owns a professional services firm serving the Life Sciences industry.

Vinay is a North Carolina native and lives in the Raleigh, NC area. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and also holds an MBA from Indiana University.

Mark Kenney

Partner & Advisor

Mark is a seasoned real estate investor, coach, two-time best-selling author and founder of Think Multifamily.
Mark started his Apartment Investing career over 20 years ago. In the past few years, he has purchased over 6,500 units across the U.S.

Mark leverages his stellar track record to provide oversight and advisory services to BlueJay Capital Group to ensure all deals meet the highest standards.

Mark is a graduate of Michigan State University in Accounting and is a CPA. Mark provides exceptional value to investors and the community through his extensive experience in property valuation, acquisition, and operations.

Michael Kung

Partner & Advisor

Michael is an experienced entrepreneur, real estate investor and founder of Kung Capital.

Michael started his real estate career flipping houses and in new construction. He has since turned his attention to multifamily and self-storage investments. He has purchased over 2000 units across the U.S.

Kung Capital collaborates with BlueJay Capital Group to provide advisory services and help streamline delivery to market.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Biomedical Engineering and also owns and operates a consulting firm serving the Life Sciences industry.
